In Zulia state, starts the season with the "Feria de la Chinita" each year pays homage from the last Saturday in October at a party that spans the entire month of November, the celebration is done for 46 years mainly in Maracaibo. They begin with the fall of "La Chinita" and later with the lighting of the lights and covers more than a week of festivities that include Masses, processions and at the same formal schedule of religious and other activities are popular events and mass constitute the Fair. The lights, the great ornaments, environment, music, bagpipes, food, people, enjoyment is what makes great Fair of La Chinita, definitely the soul of the festival in November and which encourages and visitors.
